Ok!! It is Monday, July 14th and Frank asks me if I will go for a bike ride or a walk with him. I am fine with either, I am just not as accomplished as a mountain biker as he is, so we decide a walk would be great. We go to this trail that is off Power road, North of Thomas. It is in the mountains and is like a dry wash, that is really rocky and slippery at times. We walk, probably a mile back, it seems farther than that to me. :-) I have to say, I am winded, but enjoying the quiet and the alone time with Frank. We see a police helicopter that is circling around and hovering over this mountain, as if he is looking for someone. That was a little nerve racking. Apparently he doesn't find what he is looking for and he leaves. Frank normally bikes this trail, I don't know how it was hard to hike it. WOW!! We stopped to take a few pictures on our phones and enjoy the view and then hike back out. I know girls aren't supposed to sweat, but I was sweating. I had a really good time just holding hands, talking and enjoying Frank's company. I might be a little sore in the morning, but it will be worth it.
