Summer is almost over

Wow, It is already the 4th of July and it feels like summer is almost over. We are in Utah right now. Well part of us are, Andre, Brooke, Shelby and I drove up with Grandpa Jones. Grandma Jones had to fly up for health reasons and we are so glad that she could make it. We had a great ride up here and will be coming home on the 9th. Frank, Kristen and Megan had to stay home because of work. We miss them alot. Alot has happened while we have been gone. Megan got an ear infection that closed her eardrum about 95% of the way. The doctor gave her drops and if they don't help open her ear canal in the next few days she will be heading to an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. Then Frank calls me and tells me he took my van to get it detailed at the car wash and our camera is missing. If you know anything about my work, you know that my camera is my bread and butter. Besides losing all the pictures we have taken for the last 5 years. Poor Frank, he stayed and worked from home the next day and was at the car wash when they opened. Thank goodness we had an honest detailer that just forgot to put the camera back when he was done. I was glad to get the call that it was back where it belongs. Yah hoo.. Now the next call is from Kristen and she has cut her finger at work. It is pretty bad, her Dad tells her she needs stitches, so off they go to Urgent care. Sure enough she needs 3 stitches and a tetnus shot. Dang it, I wish I was there to comfort my girls. Frank has really been through the ringer since I have been gone and he is handling it like a trooper.
