Andre's final Eagle project

Well, Andre finally got it completed. He did his fundraiser and was able to raise enough money for 4 picnic tables. To his surprise 2 picnic table kits were donated. Thanks to Brother Blaser and Brother Udall. This meant that Andre was able to purchase 3 park benches also. All of the boys and leaders in his troop met and assembled the picnic tables kits and stained them too. Michelle Budge and I put together the park benches. Brother Stapley and Frank made sure everything was put together right and all screws were tightened up. I know Andre really appreciates everyone's help. Thanks to Sister Taylor and Sister Budge for helping to deliver pizza kits. Thanks to my Mom for helping Andre and I sort pizza orders. This took alot of time and cooperation from many people and it turned out great. Delivering the tables was the funest part of the Eagle project. Both places receiving tables were so appreciative of the donations. It was really exciting for Andre to see the great need and for him to know that he was the one person that made it happen along with alot of helpers. Thanks to Frank, Mel (my dad), Joel and Rick for the help delivering. Andre will be turning in his whole packet for approval soon. We will let you know when it gets approved.
